Being in a car accident isn’t any fun especially when it’s not your fault! Not all law groups are here to help you as I found out before working with the CP Law Group. There is a lot of information and procedures unknown to the normal person who hasn’t passed the “Bar.” There are so many things much worse than the actual car accident itself. It is overwhelming!!! She is direct to the point and helped me understand the process of my case. Ms. Tia Crosby also has a kind way of explaining how the laws actually work and understanding the timeline. Best of both worlds! My case manager, Ms. Lupe, has been wonderful as well! She has keep me in the loop on case updates. Calls to check in and see if I need anything. She has a lot of knowledge and if there is something unknown, takes the time to actually get the information and relay back. Ms. Crosby and Ms. Lupe are a great team!! They truly make you feel like your back is covered! I am grateful God sent these ladies to me!! My experience thus far has been wild! From the man running into the back of me, like something out of a movie, to finding the right law group and the medical providers it is a lot. There were a couple of providers that were doing the most and these ladies took immediate action! On one of their check ins, Literally said, “what happened? I will take care of it!” When I tell you that afternoon I received an apology from those providers!!! Now the frustration is gone. I’m able to receive the treatment necessary to heal. It was wild to see how things with the providers changed rapidly for the better! Gives great confidence for my recovery to full health and my case!!
